Enquiry
After discussing your ideas with you, we’ll arrange a consultation visit at your home (anywhere in Sydney & Surrounding Areas).
First meeting
At our first meeting, one of our teams building consultants will visit you at your home for a consultation to discuss your requirements, ideas, specific needs and budget. At Built to Stand, we’ll listen to and discuss your requirements, initial ideas, options, and where possible indicate an approximate cost.
Building stage
In most cases you will be able to live in your home while extensions or renovations are being done. Each builder and tradesperson will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption to your living arrangements. We’ll also make sure that every worker on your build site takes care to leave their worksite clean and tidy both during and at the end of each day.
Design stage
One of our teams building consultants. He will take your ideas and create a 3D plan using CAD technology. These detailed plans will include a quote. We’ll use these plans to obtain council approval (if required) and we’ll arrange a build start date.
